RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card deposit or by bank transfer
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card deposit or bank transfer equivalent to one night's stay charge. This deposit is collected immediately upon confirmation of the reservation and it will be refunded or balanced at the final account.
Guests must ensure that they furnish the hotel with accurate credit card particulars. In the event that the hotel fails to collect the required deposit due to such inaccuracies, then the requested accommodation will not be secured and the hotel will not be held responsible.
If the reservation is cancelled 2 days or more, prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is not cancelled at least 2 days prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be forfeited.
The hotel is allowed to offer non refundable rates. In this case your reservation can not be cancelled or amended and your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time of the booking.
